They've taken my childhood of noddy and ruined it. How dare they change noddy :( I am angry. This is very mean and they have changed the theme song! Outrageous!

You can call this series anything but Noddy. This is not Noddy nor will it ever be. They took the essence of the original series and all the characters are different, except for Noddy, Big Ears and the dog.
Too bad a series as good as Noddy has turned out. Poor children of today who will never know the difference and only know this new version. I can tell you that I fell asleep to see this new Noddy, so boring he is.

Warning This Contains Spoilers:This show sucks. i mean why do a remake of the original show? i get that they were trying to keep the spirit of the franchise. but they did a horrible job of doing so. 1.2 out of 10.0 stars over all. the characters really obvious. the acting just as horrible. the worst thing about the show is the voices. and the writing not that great either the premise is stupid.

What's next - Fireman Sam PI?
Honestly, why do companies feel the need to mess around with beloved characters in this way I wonder.
If young children are desperate for a show about a detective, stick on Scooby-Doo, rather than drag poor little Noddy through the mill and be subjected to appearing in sheer and utter drivel like this.
Who is in control of the good Noddy name? Because right now it seems like Dreamworks haven't got a clue what to do with him.
If parents can honestly stick this on and say it's better than the version they grew up with I'd be amazed.

Noddy has been one of the favorite cartoon character among kids. Even I loved watching it as a kid. Now the new Detective Noddy is even better with new graphics, same innocent toys and even introduced some new characters like Deltoid who is one of the best I like among the gang.
It is super fun to be the kid again and watch Noddy.
Amazing take on Noddy and easy watch for parents. Perfect for 3yr olds

Firstly, unsure how this doesn't have a solid 10 on IMDB
Don't listen to the salty Karen's who can't let go of the past, yes the original Noddy was good when you were a kid, but it hasn't aged well at all and my 3 year old hates the OG.
This new Noddy however, has some of the best animation I have seen in a kids show, likely as it is made by Dream works. I honestly enjoy watching this with him, which is more than I can say for most other G rated shows.
The story lines are easy for young kids to keep up with, the characters are likable and song he sings when he opens a case is great and catchy.
Hands down my sons favourite show and he's probably seen every episode 5 times at least by now.
Only negative is that they stopped at 2 seasons.
I definitely suggest you embrace this modern take, you won't regret it.
