After his last directorial venture in 2014 titled Hawaa Hawaai we hear that Amole Gupte is all set to return to direction with a one of its kind action film for kids. Apparently the yet untitled film which will cater to the kids will be produced by Trinity Pictures which is a franchise of the mega film production house Eros International. Commenting on the same Ajit Thakur stated that the film has been planned so as to develop franchises and explore genres that haven't been attempted in India.
Further talking about roping in Gupte as the director, Thakur added that since it was a kid's film, the first name that popped in his mind was Amole Gupte. While the script of the film is currently being worked upon we hear that it will feature a supremely talented wonder boy who is more intelligent than intellectual as the central protagonist and how...

Initially titled Its Entertainment, the recent Akshay Kumar starrer underwent a title change few days before release and was renamed as Entertainment. When the change in the title was announced, producer Ramesh Taurani had maintained that they always wanted the film to be titled as Entertainment but another production house owned the rights to the name. However, it is recently that filmmaker turned actor Amole Gupte revealed that it was him who owned the title 'Entertainment' as he was shooting for the film for about two years. But the director cum producer was kind enough to give it away to the director duo Sajid - Farhad merely as a friendly gesture. He also mentioned that since this name was required for a big budget film he was glad to do it and also stated that he can name his film something else. After this adorable gesture left the team of Entertainment overwhelmed,...

At first glance, this movie seems like a typical underdog-success story we have all seen on the screen so many times. But the fact that Amole Gupte has lent his magic to this venture is enough reason in itself to check out what Hawaa Hawaai is all about.
Continuing with his field of expertise, Amole brings to us yet another endearing story about children. Arjun Waghmare (Partho Gupte) at first glance is yet another chai-wala kid in Mumbai – the many Chotus and Rajus that you see daily. And like every other kid, he has dreams – dreams that no amount of hardship can break. When Arjun sets his eyes on the skates for the first time, he feels a happiness he hasn’t in a long time. But for a kid who can barely afford a meal two times a day, skating seems like a pretty expensive dream.

That Amole Gupte has spent a major part of his life working with street children is well known. In his new film Hawaa Hawaai Amole has cast several very talented children. One of them who plays a spirited gajra seller named Bhura goes by the curious name of Salman Chote Khan. Turned out, Chote Salman is not only a huge fan of Salman Khan, he also has brothers named Aamir Chote Khan and Shah Rukh Chote Khan. Speaking affectionately on this unusual homage to the Khan superstars, Amole Gupte says, "Yes, Salman Chote Khan indeed has two brothers named Aamir and Shah Rukh. Salman Chote Khan is from the streets. The spirit and the spunk that you see in him on screen comes from the fearlessness of not caring who's looking while he is acting. The boy has grown up on the streets. The camera doesn't intimidate him. How can it,...

In the film Hawaa Hawaai, young Partho's roller skating coach is played by Saqib Salim.
However, Partho's real-life coach on whom Saqib's character is modeled to, is Ajay Shivlani who runs the skating school Rollfit in Mumbai.
Partho who learnt rollerskating from scratch for his role as the underprivileged dreamer Arjun Harishchandra Waghmare is now so adept at the sport of his training that the boy intends to pursue skating long after the film will be released and over.
His appreciative coach Shivlani says, "It's very rare that any coach would get such an opportunity to be a part of a full fledged film that promotes one's sport and gives credibility to his passion. We did have someone like Arjun Harishchandra Waghmare in our class. Only he didn't have a past like the film, was from not so lucky background but was raring to accomplish his dream in the world of speed skating.

Hawaa Hawaai is an upcoming drama starring Saqib Saleem and child actor Partho Gupte. Based on the relationship between a child and a skating coach, the film has been directed by Amol Gupte and is scheduled for release on 9 May 2014. The music has been composed by Hitesh Sonik and Amol Gupte, with the latter providing the lyrics also. So does the music to Hawaa Hawaai work? Read on to find out what we thought of it.
First up is ‘Choolhe Ke Angaarey,’ which is sung by Javed Ali. The song was really tedious for my liking and it just did not have many positive qualities that one would expect from a song. Thus, do yourselves a favour and skip this one!
Next is ‘Ghoom Gayi,’ which has been performed by the wonderful Sunidhi Chauhan. I really loved Sunidhi’s vocals in this one and delivers to perfection, which is no surprise.

In Amole Gupte’s Hawaa Hawaai, which hits theaters on May 9th, Saqib Saleem plays a coach named Lucky, who mentors kids to become in-line skating champions.
For Saqib, working on this film was very different experience because he was the eldest on set. In his prior films he always had senior actors to look up, but this time many child artist were looking up to him for guidance. On the set Saqib was like an elder brother, father and teacher to those kids.
We hear that at first Saquib was little scared because he had never dealt with kids before and was worried that the kids might reject him. However, as they spent more time together they started bonding.
Apparently Saqib used to bribe the child actors with chocolates and chips and then later the kids themselves used to make him buy chocolates and chips. What is so cool...

Amole Gupte’s Hawaa Hawaai is the first ever film based on inland skating. The filmmaker scripted his son’s dream into 22 drafts, which finally got carved into Hawaa Hawaai. Partho Gupte was always passionate about learning skating, from the age of 4 he started skating and he always forced his parents to accompany him to strap him up. That initially intrigued Amole to take initiative into the sports and he decided to pen it down in 2008.
Hawaa Hawaai stars Saqib Saleem who will be mentoring Partho as coach. Partho will get his share of dreams to live through the film. About skating, Amole says “Skating is an expensive sport as a pair of inland skates could cost more than a bike. But I saw the grit of the sport and wanted to make a film on it as it will be a first on celluloid internationally and skating is Formula One.
