I only discovered Motive very recently, and I'm not sure exactly how I found out, but it must have been a link from an email or something, but I'm glad I discovered this Canadian series. I started watching from early season two, and the League of Nations overarching plot is one that culminates big time at the end of season two with this episode.
Zak Santiago, famous for his role in Signed, Sealed, Delivered, plays against type the character of Virgil Maddox.
Warren Christie is front and center as Sergeant Mark Cross, and it's very sad what happens, quite tragic.
Roger Cross returns as Superintendent Boyd Bloom. Sadly this is the final appearance of Valerie Tian as Officer Wendy Sung. It's a shame Valerie didn't continue in seasons three and four.
