As the Warehouse-related memories of Pete Lattimer are being displayed, one of them is the scene of his death. Pete died while helping Artie obtain a part of the astrolabe. However, after using the tool to go back in time, Artie was the only one who retained any memory of that time line.
Mrs. Frederick says the table/artifact they're sitting at to watch everyone's defining moments of their relationships to the Warehouse "is the round table that inspired the legend of King Arthur's court." However back when Pete and Myka retrieved Excalibur and Pete started asking if other items from the legend really exist, Artie said that the round table was just a myth.
Artie and son Scott go to an Officer's Club to investigate a time freezing artifact. There are several NCOs at the club. They would not be allowed in the club by US Army Regulations. NCOs have their own club.
When Artie and Scott Mohr are in the 1941 time bubble, Artie identifies the ranks of the three potential subjects as a Captain, Lieutenant and Lieutenant. However, the insignia's show them to be Lieutenant, Sergeant and Captain respectively.

When Pete and Myka are in the Warehouse's manual room, Pete grabs a book off the shelf. When he does, a prop made to look like multiple books on the shelf moves.
The ranks of the three characters under suspicion for trapping time are: 1st LT-Corporal-Capt. Artie gets all three wrong.
