- The Telltale Heart segment is full of unnerving visuals complemented by eerie music and a chilling narration from Bela Lugosi. While nothing to graphic happens in this segment, it is very creepy.
- An old man assumed to be dead wakes up shouting "wake me up!" His eyes then turn black and he coughs up a black liquid and completely dissolves. Very creepy.
