Back in the heart of London’s West End for its 18th ‘adults-only’ anniversary, the world renowned horror and fantasy film festival will take place at the Cineworld Leicester Square and The Prince Charles Cinema from Aug 24 – Aug 28 2017, taking over five screens to present 64 films including 20 World, 22 European and 18 UK Premieres. Fourteen countries are represented spanning five continents, reflecting the current global popularity of the genre.

A few story details are emerging, from the dirt, for Exhume. Filmed by Scott Poiley (Cassadaga) in Florida, the film involves an institution for troubled boys. Bodies lay in the soil, but so does an ancient evil! The film stars: William Haze (Odessa), Alice Rietveld and Sarah Sculco. And, an official trailer, from Tombstone Distribution, is available here. The clip reveals more of the film's story. From the trailer and the synopsis, archaeologists are unearthing the history of a rehabilitation institution. Then, the archaeologists' daughter begins to sleepwalk. But, things take an even darker turn, the deeper they dig. An official release date has not been announced. However, Exhume is being repped by Tombstone Distribution, so a launch date will be coming soon. For now, fans can find all of the details on this dark and disturbing horror film below.
