Cracking stuff

Perhaps a bit of a come down after the previous episode, but certainly better than average 'Revenge' fare.

Again, a lovely twist is well played out by all involved.

'Revenge' S3 has hit a bit of form, and I'm enjoying it.

enough plot holes to sail the Grayson yacht through...

You try to tell me that bright characters take eons to realize that Daniel isn't on the photographs? And no matter how the finger is pointed at Lydia, fact remains Daniel wasn't on those photographs and he would have been a chief suspect. Lydia has no real motive to run, she has nothing to lose now by coming forward re her affair with Conrad (she could only gain!), and nobody would see her as a prime suspect. The scriptwriters fought their way out of a corner there, glossing it over with the return of Amber Valetta. Nice try (NOT!), but it just doesn't hold water.

You gotta hand it to Emily Vancamp, that scene with Charlotte, where Emily is delirious, and reveals David Clarke to be her father, she looks really really out of it, I mean, totally a hospital case. Okay, in the first hospital scene, coming to, aw gee, I didn't buy her performance there, she looked too healthy by far, but further on...

And Niko joins the menagerie of supporting characters. No,.not another one. Remember the Falcon? Frank? The Grey-Haired Man? Padma? That host of others, I can't remember their names? Awrgh!! Undisciplined story- line grabs unlikely characters to smooth the way, paving the road for the juggernaut to continue rumbling on.

Well, it's worth it... And look at how beautiful Christa B. Allen is in this one YET AGAIN! Be still my heart..
