Firstly, I've decided to not write any review for this show, but I was so frustrated when I saw the season finale, that I have to write this, even though no one will consider, because nobody with a bit of brain is watching this series anymore.
This is the most incoherent TV series ever. This season started with the league of shadows threatening Starling, but then Slade appeared, and at the end Ral's al Gul allies with Oliver to destroy Slade. Why??? Just why? and How??? Nyssa's only mission was to get Sarah back. Now she allies with Oliver to destroy Slade. Of course this happened because Oliver need help and writers decided to change the story again, like they did it so many times during this season. It just doesn't feel right to have the two stories both on island and in the city being at the same time(in the second year of Oliver on them). This just shows how made up on the way was this show, changing the story all the time during the season.
Let's get to what happened in the season. When Oliver first encountered the mirakuru guys he was just overwhelmed by them. He couldn't even fight them, or hurt them. Then at the end when he and Nyssa faced them, they were fighting just like ordinary men, and hitting like normal people before getting the cure. Really? Yet after that we see detective Lance being hit pretty bad by one of them. I understand that the writers must make this fight interesting, but it just breaks the laws that were applied during the season, and made the writers contradict themselves, for I don't know how many time... but yeah it's a good show. How stupid can anyone be to say this? Another thing is the predictable choice every time in this season, Oliver was in the situation of choosing. Was that all because of what he choose on the island? It's just lame. Next, Oliver sees Sarah drowning just like he did in the first season, but shouldn't he think that she might be still alive? Yet in the second season, he was sure that she was dead. Another stupid thing was the battle between Oliver and Slade at the end on the island, again breaking every logical law of the season so far, because when Oliver was hit by Slade he wasn't even hurt or thrown meters in the air, because yeah it had to be an even fight. Then Slade gets caught in that iron debris that he could get off? Really? Wasn't he super-strenghted guy with mirakuru injected, but he couldn't scape those iron bars, because, yeah, it had to be a way for Oliver to be placed in yet another situation of choosing between two things. Next, shouldn't the cure arrows not penetrate the men from Slade's army just like normal arrows did? since the head of the arrows were bent by the power of the soldiers, the arrows weren't even hurting them. What is it special to the injection arrows, if they even have a needle on the head? Am I supposed to buy this? Am I that stupid Grag Berlanti??? Next, when the fight between team Arrow+Nyssa and Slade's army starts, Roy seems to draw the bow just as good as Oliver. How does he knows that? When did he learned that? Oliver only taught him to control his anger not to draw a bow. A suggestion for the writers, if you want to make anything good in the future, try not to contradict yourselves, while writing the screenplay. Another contradiction was that the cure on Roy, made him good again, but on Slade, he remained bad, why? Just because he was the bad guy the whole season, or because he hated Oliver? By the way the hate came from mirakuru, so when that was gone shouldn't be the hat gone too? Just another contradiction. How can the writers don't see this, are they that stupid? Don't they have a logic or something like that? Anyway in the end, Oliver get's back to the island of course. And then in the flashback we see him in Hong Kong, with Amanda. I'm guessing that in the 3rd season some other guy with an army will come around and help Oliver in the present, and then at the end of season 3 Oliver and him would have met on the island. This just shows how made up on the way is this show made. And one more thing, if almost every episode in the season is different from the others, please just don't show that "previously on Arrow" or "My name is Oliver Queen" thing, is just stupid.
Anyway I had enough with this stupid series. It's now worth getting angry every time I see it, that's why this was the last episode I've seen. Goodbye Arrow, and good riddance!
PS: Note! The Flash is gonna be just as lame, so for those who seek a good series to watch, try anything else!
