- A preteen girl goes through insanity which is very distressing. She is shot dead because she kills her sister and threatens to kill a baby. the adults reasoning was right for killing the preteen. she WOULD have killed the two remaining adults and the baby when she got the chance to. however it still is distressing. The adult had been trying to reason with the girl but the girl is physically insane

- Mika is shown dead by Lizzie, and was about to kill Judith too. Carol shoots Lizzie because she and Tyreese realized that Lizzie can be a threat to people.
- Lizzie is playing with a walker outside of the house when Carol stabs it's brain. She keeps yelling at Carol. Saying "She was my friend and you killed her!" and "What if I killed you!?". This scene is very disturbing.
