Not as emotional as the two previous documentaries, however as masterful as the hard and necessary portraits of pacification, in the MPs' version, of the population, residents, workers, young people and the commander (exemplary performance, at least in front of the cameras), loss of PM Fabiana, a resident of Valença, among other sad reports, an attempt to harmonize an environment devastated by drugs, violence, impunity, militias, drug dealers, an attempt...
