I can't say I understand the implications of the deals being fought over. My knowledge of investment banking is pretty slim. What I do know is that the kinship between Harvey and Michael is disintegrating; that this deal is a defining point. The two of them are powerhouses, Michael come lately, and neither will give an inch. So things are propelled forward. The second plot development has to do with Jessica and the guy she is falling for who wants into the company. He is quite a strong personality and goes head to head with her. Rachel reveals a big time secret as the episode ends that will send some ripples through everything that is going on, especially concerning her relationship with Mike. Well done heavyweight fight.
