What Lockhart-Gardner is sued for allegedly botching an adoption, they counter-sue Alicia, who was heading the case at that time. In addition, they are trying to pin a $6,000,000 liability on Mrs. Florrick.

Nathan Lane seems to be coming to the rescue to aid the Florrick team get into the black.

There is treachery among the new partners when one of them claims that Alicia did wrong regarding the adoption case. Nice seeing that by the next scene, Diane, is welcoming him back to the company.

Will shows determination and is fiery while defending a teen accused of murder.

Plot dangling

I hate it when a tight storyline doesn't get resolved. The Good Wife is occasionally very guilty of this and I have to say it is putting me off spending any more time on this otherwise exceptionally good drama. In this episode, two plot lines: The DNA under the finger nails of the victim of a student who denies the rape charge and Will promises the student he will do all he can for him... and the $6m law suit that turns against Alicia because of a lie in deposition. Both storylines left dangling at the end of the episode and not picked up again in subsequent episodes.

Kalinda and Alicia

Are they going to remain friends? I hope so because the how would just be ruined if they stop talking to each other. I mean they already made up so please remain friends. Anyone think they will remain friends? They have been through thick and thin and they really care for each other. Look how protective Kalinda is of Alicia. She will do whatever it takes to keep Alicia safe,and that kicked in from day one. I WISH TO GOD THEY WILL REMAIN FRIENDS!!!! I HOPE ALICIA TALKS WITH KALINDA BECAUSE SHE DD GO BACK ON HER WORD ABOUT KEEPING EVERYTHING ON THE TABLE. I THINK KALINDA WILL BE VERY UNDERSTANDNG AND FORGIVE ALICIA!!!!!!!
