I'm impressed by James Spader's interesting dialogue

At first I was not sure whether I would like 'The Blacklist', but after sticking with it I thoroughly enjoyed it because it does not get boring. There is always some good action and the actors; James Spader, who plays 'Red' (Raymond) has a great demeanor even amongst dangerous people - Megan Boone, who plays Elizabeth keen - Hisham Tawfiq, who plays Dembe - Diego Klattenhoff, who plays Donald Ressler - Harry Lennix, who plays Harold Cooper (Head of FBI Dept.) who people might remember from Dollhouse. For me they are impressive in their roles, along with the rest of the cast. I think Megan Boone has a cute face and can show great emotion. I know that in the next episode when she finds out the secret, we will see a great performance from her.

Really in Right Field

First of all, it takes a heap of acceptance to believe someone like the Alchemist can do what he does. To recreate people from DNA procured in various ways would have so many possibilities for errors, it doesn't even seem to be within the realm of reality. This is another episode where a guy is cold blooded, killing people right and left, but has an obsession with his former family--his wife and daughter specifically. This leads to some pretty deranged actions. I noticed that Mrs. Mazel now has an interest in Tom who is getting fed up with being number two. Can there be one episode where he doesn't ask for them to get together for a night to get into synch.

I Like How This Show Goes with Any Premise
frankelee3 April 2023
The writers of course know so little about the world they have nothing holding them back. Literally anything is possible, so long as you could have gleaned it from watching terrible CBS crime drama's for the ten years before this was made it can happen in an episode. In this episode, a super assassin that can put counterfeit DNA in people helps ultra rich people disappear by faking their deaths and taking up new lives, instead of what they do in real life and just hire really good attorneys and keep living their own life. It's really like watching a show taking place on alien planet where the laws of physics and all realities of science, human behavior, and society are turned on their heads.

Are You A Profiler Or Not?
noonieblount22 August 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This was one of the worst episodes of this season.

1) Why does Red seem more like the profiler than Agent Keen?

2) Who is she (Agent Keen) to negotiate the lives of hostages just to keep an armed serial killer alive when his daughter is laying bleeding from a fatal gunshot wound?

Maybe they should have had Megan Boone's character just be a newbie FBI agent instead of calling her a profiler for the FBI.
