Never miss a sunset

Firstly, the photography is beautiful.

The people are crazy but mostly in good ways. Although they are all from the usual stereotypical out-groups they are, at times, charming, open and interesting. Their lives aren't paraded gratuitously and it didn't feel squeamish to me.

I felt something for them all.

And, sorry to be tech-y, but the way the music works with the imagery is clever and affecting.

I learned something and it made me think.

Inspirational, sweet and deep.

could this be any more boring? 2 hours of my life i cant get back. they should of named this movie... Surviving Homeless And Loving it.

as far as the moch mission on mars parts of this movie was so fakie. NASA wouldn't accept 200 lb people due to eating up all the food and coulng pick them up if ever injured. let alone survive the 38 million mile journey.

From Mars to Earth and underneath. Above and Below is a rough and rhythmic roller coaster ride seating five survivors in their daily hustle through an apocalyptic world. A journey of challenges and beauty in uncomfortable places: Rick & Cindy, Godfather Lalo in the flood channels deep down under the shiny strip of Sin City. Dave in the dry and lonesome Californian desert and April in simulation for a Mars mission in the Utah desert. Through the hustle, the pain and the laughs, we are whisked away to an unfamiliar world, yet quickly discover the souls we encounter are perhaps not that different from our own - From Mars to Earth and underneath.
