Somehow this episode is less for kids with bad old Negatus naked in the bath. I am not sure what those puppets were polishing in the bathwater. One lump or two!
It starts off with some Gilbert & Sullivan but it is really about how honesty is not always the best policy.
Debbie needs to save the The Monks of Old John who are in trouble with Negatus who has sent a couple of thugs to sort them out. Their monastery has been destroyed.
The monks always speak the truth in honour of their founder; a drunk in a pub who told it like it was.
Problematic when Debbie has them suited up and disguised as estate agents in order to save them from Negatus.
It all ends up in the pub where the monks learn about the meaning of life, thankfully their are subtitles for the audience. It is very much like Time Bandits and the monks are natural estate agents. Once they get the hang of it, they take to lying like duck to water.
