Really good episode, I love that season 5 uses much more blood than in the earlier seasons, season 5 is underrated and season 3 is soooo overrated.

Good camera work - there's been a further improvement but not sure how to explain it.
Enzo is so loyal. Damon and him have been turning people into vampires for Damon to feed on.
Katherine and Stefan are off on a 12-hour road trip to find Damon as Stefan pieced together he has been killing vampires. He was injected by Wes. Caroline brought the evidence from her mom.
Katherine schemes to win Stefan back by slowly seducing him. She intentionally asks Stefan to get her something to eat at the gas station. Nina Dobrev looks so good in heels. She fiddles around with the car and then pretends she didn't do anything. Stefan realizes he needs to go get it fixed. Katherine was intentionally not careful and got grease all over her top and face. She proposes they go to a hotel room so she can shower and get the car fixed up.
At the hotel room Enzo calls Stefan and Katherine picks up. She doesn't tell Stefan that Enzo asked for help till later.
Katherine leaves the bathroom door open ajar and unwraps the towel as Stefan watches. When she comes out to hug him she touches his arm. They kiss but Stefan stops himself because he knows it is wrong.
They go to the address that Enzo texted and find Damon alone in the home. Katherine walks in and is intentionally trapped in the home with Damon. Stefan walks in as well. Katherine grabs glass to cut herself and to tempt Damon. Damon feeds on her and she kicks a stake to Stefan. Stefan cuts himself with glass to lure Damon over to him then snaps his neck.
Stefan has Damon chained in their basement. Upstairs, Stefan and Caroline talk about the news that Matt was compelled. Stefan says that Elena is acting strange. She kissed him. Damon thinks she wants to kill him. Stefan puts two and two together and wonders if Katherine is a passenger in Elena.
