- There is a prolonged and violent fight between Jack and Hannibal. Hannibal throws a knife into Jack's hand and he is shown pulling it out in closeup with some blood. They then have a violent fight with various kicks and punches. Jack throws Hannibal into various objects while Hannibal hits Jack with objects including a frying pan, a salt and pepper shaker and a fridge door. Hannibal also attempts to stab Jack, but he manages to stop the blade with a chopping board. The fight eventually comes to an end when Jack strangles Hannibal with his tie until he appears to lose consciousness, but Hannibal stabs him in the neck with a shard of glass. Jack is shown clutching the wound as blood spurts out profusely.
- Hannibal stabs Will in the stomach, which is shown briefly in closeup with blood pouring profusely from the wound and pooling onto the floor. Will collapses to the floor clutching the wound as blood continues to pour out, gasping in agony.
- The last scene is very distressing and graphic.

- Abigail Hobbs pushes Alana out of a window; she is shown lying on the ground with blood pouring out of her mouth and nose and a bloody wound on her forehead.
- Hannibal slits Abigail's throat while Will is forced to watch; blood sprays everywhere, including splattering onto Will, and pours from the wound. Abigail is shown on the floor clutching the wound and choking. Will crawls over to her and attempts to help her by clutching the wound as well as his own and blood continues to pour out. They are shown lying in a huge pool of blood.
