- In the very first scene, A young girl unbuttons her white shirt to expose her right breast, then she covers it by the shirt quickly. A man takes a picture of her bare breast; Man is shirtless, but no nudity of him. We can see her cleavage through her shirt; She is braless. Both are kissing passionately till the end; Sex is implied.
- A woman is strip down her towel in front of a man (Man is fully clothed). Her bare back is seen precisely (Butt is not shown). Her side view of bare right breast is partially visible (No nipple is shown). However Sexual act not happens.
Violence & Gore

- A girl is shown chained up as blood is bleeding from her mouth.
- A man shoots at two people, but misses.
- A man is shot in the head at point blank range, it's offscreen but we quickly see the victim with a hole in his head, as well as a large pool of blood coming from his head. The most violent part of the film.
- Several times in the film, people are viciously beaten by various object including clubs, bats, shovels, and sticks, People are beaten to a bloody pulp, all are seen with substantial injuries.
- In one particularly brutal sequence. A man viciously beats a woman, punches her in the face, bashes her head into a brick wall several times, and is violently thrown over a railing down a staircase a full story down, she lies there bloody and unconscious. She is later seen in the hospital breathing through a tube.
- Cale and Sean fight, Sean then proceeds to beat Cale within an inch of his life until he's knocked unconscious. We see Cale bruised and bloodied
- A horse is shown in flashbacks being brutally whipped and then we assume shot.

- The picture of Riley flashing the camera is stolen from Sean. The picture is later circulated throughout Riley's class as a means of Cale's revenge against Sean.
Violence & Gore
- Towards the end of the movie, it is revealed Cale tried to break a colt (young horse) to impress the horse trainer he had a crush on. The flashbacks throughout the movie show that he ended up killing the horse because he could not train it. It is also revealed he killed the trainer because she threatens to reveal the killing. The FBI agent says "he now trains people," which makes the bondage/torture scenes make more sense.
- A woman is shot in the head from a distance and falls into a pit. Her placement prior to the shot is strategic for Cale, as he previously filled a pit with lye. However, she does not die and escapes from the pit.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Katie (who's name we don't find out until close to the end) is shot and falls into a pit filled with lye. As she tries to climb out of the pit, she loosens the dirt. As the dirt falls, the bodies of Cale's previous victims are revealed.
