A good start.

With Susan gone, there is a space, Alice steps in following recent events. Millie is struggling financially since losing her job at The Gallery, so she supplements her income by dabbling on the black market, unfortunately she steps on someone's toes, and gets kidnapped.

It's not bad, the basics are great, it's remarkably well made, the costumes and sets are incredible, and as for the acting, it truly is first rate, Rachel Stirling in particular is first class, as are the whole cast, Anna Maxwell Martin is missed as Susan though.

My issue here is the story, it's just a bit thin, previous stories have been deep and thoughtful, based on formulas and patterns, this one's just a little lacking in depth, it is a good watch though.

Good, 7/10.

Blackest of Black Markets

Millie gets in way over her head as she works the black market with a slimy guy. She is rolling along, thinking everything is fine, until the big boys (who appear to be Russian or Slavic) kidnap her and bring her to their headquarters. There, she is threatened and held in fear of her life. She also becomes aware that these guys are involved in sex trafficking. They have a stable of girls whom they prostitute. Millie is made to make a deal to work for these horrors. She convinces them she can bring in more money on the black market. The scene ends with a horrible discovery in a sort of ersatz warehouse.

The Power of Invisible Figures

Every Bletchely Episode portrays the natural sincerity of women, living out their skills and intuitions. Because of these writer's, director's, wardrobe personnel's insights inside that time-period, women in multiple countries, are able to pay attention and realize being 'assertive' obliterates testosterone poisoning in employment and social setting environments. These women are the microcosm of the right energy flowing in the right directions to the right results. This domino effect is Good for ALL, for All of time.
