An agent comments that the character Valkyrie was an asset out of the consulate in Kabul. Kabul is the capital of Afghanistan and the State Department facility would be an embassy, not a consulate. Consulates are facilities located away from a capital.
When the Feds are viewing Jack Bronson's car in the surveillance video, they say the angle of the vehicle prohibits getting a clear view of the license plates. Bronson then opens the trunk, which affords a readable view of the plates, which they ignore.
Parker's apartment was somewhere inside Washington, D.C. This would make it 30-40 miles to the United States Naval Academy, which would be almost impossible to do in a car in 20 minutes, even with sirens.
When Bronson's apartment is searched by the Feds, Beckett is the one in charge and issuing orders. She is a trainee, and would have deferred to Agent McCord, her superior.
