It's dumb that they would burn the mom's house and everything in it to "create a distraction". Give me a break. Just like that, barely hesitating, not even collecting a few things. Not grabbing important papers, clothes. It was not that urgent. Poor writing. It's also stupid that there is a minimum number of characters before this is an acceptable review. It forcesyou to ramble, this explains why the shows writers make such poo decisions about the plot and the script. Now I have to keen doing this just to fill up space. Utterly ridiculous. Why are we forced to say mire than necessary. I don't get it.

Warning: Spoilers
Can you all imagine how the next season would have been if Michael killed Fiona? How awesome it would have been for his team to be fully against him. He is the ruler of the organization. What a missed opportunity.
A lot happens in this episode. The crux of his decision makes the whole season semi-obsolete I would have like to see more conflict brew.
Of course, there are positives here, but there are a lot of negatives. Michael and Sonya's relationship was organic, real, had potential.
Michael and Fiona's relationship had ended. She moved on michael moved up. I would've like to see a darker twist to the series.
