The Tsuchikage of the Alliance

Warning: Spoilers
This episode continues the battle against Madara Uchiha. The Kyuubi, inside Naruto, decides to give him his chakra because he can't stand Madara. The Fox prefers Naruto rather than Madara any time. So the clone manages to stop the deep forest by creating several clones and rasengans (I still don't get why he never learned a different wind jutsu). Still, this drains all his energy, and is about to disappear. Onoki is injured but is awake. Gaara, Temari and Dodai are reunited with them. At the headquarters, Tsunade asks Mabui to send her to the battlefield. She answers that only objects can be teleported, as persons can be injured during the process. So far, only the 3rd Raikage has survived it. Tsunade is confident, she will use her regeneration jutsu. Shikaku questions her as is a risky bet, and she usually loses. The Hokage says her back luck only comes when she bets money, but not with her life. The Raikage also tells Mabui to prepare the transfer for him, he is strong enough to survive the process. Before leaving, Tsunade asks Shikaku to contact the Mizukage, as they will need her to fight Madara. At the location of the daimyos, Chojuro slashes Black Zetsu, cutting him half with his sword. The Mizukage and Genma are updated by Shikaku, who tells them the plan to teleport her. Casually, Genma, Raido and Iwashi were part of Minato's squad, and they learned the Flying Thunder technique from him. They can only use it if the three are together, so they reunite around Mei, to teleport to Tsunade's location, who has the seal mark of Minato. In the meantime, Madara teases Onoki, as in the past he showed him their difference of power. A brief flashback is showed, where a young Onoki, along Muu, was stunned to see that Madara broke an Alliance between Konoha and Iwa. The Uchiha didn't even want to hear Hashirama's name, as the Hokage was the one who granted the alliance. In the present, the Tsuchikage reveals that after that event, he lost his faith in peace, but this time he'll make things different. The hatred and divisions among the nations caused three different wars, all with big damage. Now, he sees a way to reach true peace, as the nations are in that process. Madara still believes the cycle of war is natural, and so the onlt possible future is to put everyone to sleep inside the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Onoki says that the only one who will sleep, is him. However, he is still too weak to fight. Madara and the resurrected Muu charge at the group, but just in time Tsunade and A appear to block them. The Hokage quickly uses her regeneration jutsu to heal the wounds caused by the transfer. Mei and the three Konoha shinobis arrive, so while Tsunade heals Gaara and Onoki, the Raikage and the Mizukage entertain Madara. Dodai, Genma, Raido and Iwashi chase after Muu controlled by Kabuto. Naruto is glad to see Tsunade, but worried for what happened the last time she used the regeneration jutsu (she fell in a coma). She tranquilizes him, this time is different and has plenty of chakra reserve left. The battle continues once the Kazekage and Tsuchikage are recovered. When Madara strikes after evading Mei and A's attacks, Onoki and Gaara protect everyone with a double wall of rock and sand. Then, Onoki develops a strategy while Gaara keeps Madara busy. Employing Mei's Mist to obscure Madara's field of vision, he first lightens A, increasing his speed. Seeing this, Kabuto positions Muu in front of Madara but he is knocked away. Onoki then increases A's weight and subsequent attack, breaking into Madara's Susanoo and sending him away. Naruto asks Tsunade to heal him so he can join the fight, but Onoki refuses and gives him an encouraging speech: this war is not to protect just the two jinchurikis, is to protect the whole world. At first, he only joined the Alliance to stop Akatsuki. But while fighting along them, his ideas began to change. He realized that a world where the five villages are allied, is possible, that way they can put an end to the hatred in the shinobi world. He tells that Madara and the Kages were responsible for that, and how they must take care of it. But also, he asks Naruto to go and fight the other "Madara". Tsunade entrusts him that mission as well, they will fight for him on this battlefield, and asks him to battle Madara in their name. At the end, the five Kages give the same message to Naruto: Win. Naruto accepts, and allows his clone to disappear. The real one is shown running along B, recovering the clone's experience. They follow until they finally reach Tobi and the jinchurikis. The meeting starts as Naruto clashes his head against Tobi's mask. This episode marks the previous to the finale confrontation. I have to admit that after the war arc, this part was well done. Finally things got a more serious tone. Madara is not any villain, he is the villain who puts the five Kages in check. Sasuke cannot be compared. Onoki once again rises as a silent hero. Every dialogue he held was very well written. As an old man, has lived enough to see and understand the reality of war. Without doubt, the road to peace among the five nations is cleared. But obviously Tobi's decisions played a big part. The other villain pushed all the Kages to this situation. Anyway, Onoki seems the perfect leader to wield the will of the Kages. For some reason, he is the most reasonable from the five, followed by Gaara. About the battle, was entertaining, based on strategies, which is something this story must use. The Kages can combine their special attacks in multiple ways to try to stop Madara. So far, the level of power is not crazy. It's at the Kage level, which makes things simple and coherent. Then, the way Onoki and Tsunade convinced Naruto to battle on the other front was brilliant. They made him reason, just like Itachi did before. Naruto must not take care of everything alone. He has to remain on a way out of arrogance. That is what something Onoki has learned in time as well. The best of the episode, without doubt, the 3rd Tsuchikage, setting a example to follow for younger generations, like Jiraiya did. Die for them, that's something great old people can do.
