According to the subtitles the military tune we see and hear General von Wrangel and colleague get carried away singing is the "Yorkshire March" (sic). Hardly! It's the "Yorckscher Marsch", named in honour of the very Prussian Field Marshal Ludwig Yorck von Wartenburg (1759-1846). "Yorck" was a respelling by his father of the family's originally Kashubian name of Jark -- nothing at all to do with the White Rose county.)
