Warning: Spoilers
Dan Harmon returns triumphant for season 5. Repilot is also the final episode featuring the original Study Group. Chevy Chase makes one final appearance as Pierce, and you kind of realise his departure kind of marked the beginning of the end, with Donald Glover departing soon in season 5, and then Yvette Nicole Brown leaving soon into season 6.

Jeff confronts his demons and decides to be part of Greendale as a professor. The Study Group dynamics has changed for sure with Pierce gone, and Jeff now a College professor.

Warning: Spoilers
After a pretty bad 4th season community picks up with great writing.

The original premise of community was that a lawyer that got caught having a fake degree. So he decides to go into a community college to get a quick degree. And meets an unusual set of characters in his Spanish Study group.

But after a season 4 that left us with the lawyer with a degree the series had to "repilot" in order to complete the full circle of the series "Six Seasons And A Movie (Still waiting on it by the way)

After I heard the news that the actress Yvett Nicole brown that played Shirley on community. Said that the community movie was going to happen someday. I wanted to write this review to highlight this wonderful episode.

The series wonderful throughout the span of 3 amazing seasons. With homages to famous films. And created wonderful and relatable characters. Every episode was hilarious. Everything was going well until the mastermind behind this show Dan Harmon got fired for unknown reasons. That's when the series felt apart. They hired new showrunners with not the greatest trajectory. And they really didn't know how to run the boat of one of the most creative and original sitcoms of all time. Season 4 felt odd. Especially with main character Jeff. In the first episode of the season four also known as "the gas leak year" (named by the show itself this season),Jeff said that went to summer school in order to earn his degree earlier. That made zero sense. Since last season when the science teacher quit the dean informed the group that they had to take summer school. And the first reaction of Jeff was of anger and disappointment. Why would Jeff voluntarily go to summer school? Why did the new Jeff came along? Was there a reason fort it. Quick Answer no. Jeff said it himself when he played the dean "Just Because". The season ended with Jeff graduating and going off to his lawyer career.

The show practically ended since Jeff couldn't just return to school. The series has a about a study group and with nothing to study. The show had to "repilot".

This episode took me back to the great times. Joke machine scenes. Excellent Characters. Brilliant writing. The first time I watched the episode was right after the season 4 finale. And god the writing transition was super noticeable. Overall a great rebirth of the series. That ended perfectly. One of the best sitcoms of all time. And one of my best favorite television series ever.

#SixSeasonsAndAMovie.

What the hell?

This episode wasn't funny. It wasn't emotionally engrossing. It was just dark. And not in a meta darkest timeline sort of way. Just in an uncharacteristically uncomfortable way. No happy resolutions or anything. Just bizarre.
