There are tons of sex jokes and references, but it is nothing too graphic or explicit, with some making out and sex scenes but most are comedic. Also, there is rear male and female nudity but nothing graphic.

Morty is almost seen being raped (not very disturbing) but he ends up escaping.
All of the sex and nudity is also censored on Netflix. Only sex references remain but on Netflix, there are no sight of sex or nudity.
In one of the episodes, they talk about threesomes and there is an implied threesome in Season 5.

There is no onscreen sexual content (except for blurred nudity), but there are lots of sexual references. None of them are very bad however.
Plenty of innuendos.
A lesser known character's name is Principal Vagina.

Each new season is more brutal than the last.
Almost every episode contains over-the-top comedic violence.
In the first episode of Season 4, Morty crashes the ship, causing Rick to fly out and land on a spiked rock. There is blood shown.
None of the violence in this show is meant to be taken seriously, because it's all very comedic and cartoonish, despite being a cartoon.
Strong, graphic and gory violence throughout. Lots of blood, occasional guts and some bones. However, it has two mitigating factors: It is animated, and it is comical. But the graphic nature can still be disturbing.
Pretty gory
The series contains severe animated graphic violence and gore.
Episodes can go from no violence to extreme. The show can be very shocking at times.
Like South Park and Family Guy, Rick and Morty's violence and gore is very gory, brutal and graphic.

Alien drugs are used frequently. However, Rick snorts a pink alien drug and there are also scenes of aliens smoking hookahs or getting high. Rick also smokes out of a pipe or bong, and Summer and Morty get high off a spaceship's break fluid. They are shown smoking it multiple times.
A party boat has graphic drug use. Adults drink in the background, cigarette butts on the ground and plates of edibles, a woman is shown smoking a joint, cutting up and snorting cocaine, and a couple roll up joints and smoke them, as well as bong smoking graphically. Also, other people snort cocaine.
Cocaine is used a couple of times throughout the series. For example, in a dream sequence, a large pile of cocaine is snorted by two characters.
A drug lord is shown with paraphernalia all around him like pills and rolls paper with powder in it.
An alien smokes a hookah and Morty accidentally inhales it. Also, in season 2, aliens smoke hookahs.
A couple of times, cigarettes are smoked but they are usually pretty brief. However, there is one scene depicting gambling and cigar smoking.
A party in the second season is shown with tons of drinking, and a bong is shown in multiple scenes, but they smoke it offscreen.
There is a party in the first season with underage drinking.
One episode features Morty and Summer getting high on an alien spaceship's break fluid. Summer even comments on the pipe they are smoking it like a bong. They also smoke a hookah like pipe, and they are shown smoking it, coughing and their eyes turn to a different color. This is one of the most graphic scenes of drug use.
A man is shown snorting a large pile of cocaine and he is shown with a heroin syringe in his chest. This is all in a different reality because it is a main character, and another main character drinks quite heavily in this reality.

In "Pickle Rick", rats get murdered and sometimes, the rats jump out which could be intense.
Rick and Morty is a very mean spirited show with a lot of mean spirited jokes. Characters are mean towards others often, and barely any positivity which can be upsetting or distasteful for viewers.
Within the show, some scenes (mainly towards the end of the episode) can be quite emotional and much more dark than the overall comedic tone set up in general. If it wasn't for the comedic tone, the show would be quite dark.
If this show was adapted into a film, it would be rated R for strong graphic bloody violence, gory images, sexual references, partial nudity, strong language, and drug use.
For older teens/adults.
This show is unsuitable for TV-14 rating, and may undergo reclassification to TV-MA.
Mild/Moderate in a lot of episodes.
Some of the humor is mean-spirited and the characters can act really malicious, which can be touching for some viewers.
Mild/Moderate for neurodivergent viewers.
