- Aria Montgomery: What if Hector realizes Melissa's mask is missing?
- Hanna Marin: That guy has so many heads, he'll never miss one.
- Spencer Hastings: I think I have to write that sentence down.
- Hanna Marin: [as she rises] Hey, Spence. Figure out what you wanna do about Melissa.
- [goes off]
- Spencer Hastings: Senior year's supposed to be the best year of your life. Did you know that?
- Emily Fields: Yeah, if you survive it.
- Hanna Marin: Wait. So he thinks my Mom stole the gun?
- Caleb Rivers: Your Dad's not sure, okay? It could have been missing before she got there. He just knows it was gone after she left.
- Hanna Marin: No, it's not possible.
- Caleb Rivers: [shakes his head] It's beyond possible. It's what happened. Hanna, your Dad owned a .38. If it turns out that Wilden was shot with a .38, your Mom has a lot more to explain than not having an alibi.
- [shakes his head]
- Hanna Marin: Is this what you call helping?
- Caleb Rivers: As a matter of fact, yes.
- Hanna Marin: Well, it's not.
- [bell rings, she grabs her bag, rushes off]
- Caleb Rivers: Hey, Hanna, if this looks bad to us, how do you think it's gonna look to those state cops?
- Hanna Marin: Just forget it, okay?
- Caleb Rivers: [frowns] Forget what?
- Hanna Marin: Forget the gun, forget you spoke to my Dad, just forget everything you ever told me!
- Caleb Rivers: Hanna, forgetting is not gonna work in this situation.
- Hanna Marin: Just... don't do anything, okay?
- Hanna Marin: Spence. Did you show your sister the mask yet?
- Aria Montgomery: Morning, Hanna.
- Hanna Marin: Hi.
- [to Spencer:]
- Hanna Marin: Did you?
- Spencer Hastings: Not yet.
- Hanna Marin: What are you waiting for? We can't just let her get away with it because she's your sister, Spencer.
- Spencer Hastings: Whoa!
- Aria Montgomery: Take it down a notch.
- Spencer Hastings: That mask puts Melissa at the studio. Right now, that's all it does.
- Hanna Marin: She's leaving town, and she's about to pin it on my Mom before she goes.
- Aria Montgomery: If she's A...
- Linda Tanner: [from parked car, observing the four friends outside school] That's the ones you told me about?
- Gabriel Holbrook: That's them.
- Linda Tanner: [re short dresses] If I dressed like that when I was in high school, my Dad would have had a stroke.
- Gabriel Holbrook: [smiling] I could have gotten used to it.
- Linda Tanner: [shakes her head] Don't make me sorry I picked you for this. We're not here to get cozy.
- Gabriel Holbrook: I know. We're here to solve a couple of homicides the locals keep tripping over.
- Linda Tanner: And find out what it is about those four pretty girls that attracts so many corpses.
