Need more non parent input

Parents tend to say some of the same things over and over again. Some of what was said was very good. As someone judged to be autistic I can say I have I have a high understanding, because it is my life, too. However, I am not sure about "the spectrum". I call what I and others have Neurologically and Cognitively Diverse. All of us humans have a degree of social skills, verbal and non verbal. Some are passable enough to be seen as "normal socially". Others of us, do not. We struggle with it every day. The part about bullying is true. Even though things are a little different in 2021, that still means being bullied. The employment part is very true as well. Even with all the "awareness", the more things change the more they stay the same. Very hard to be measured and appreciated correctly in the workplace still. That is why I think it is not so much Autism versus NonAutism, but how and why some of us struggle with societal norms and expectations, despite valliant efforts to conform.
