It was almost all there, just seemed like The fighting temptations and praise this and a sprinkle of bring it own , same goal, some of the story line overlaps and it was redundant, A choir being built and molded and trying to win the championship. It's nothing wrong with have the same line of intentions but needed more curve and tangents to get to the goal rather plot. The other side of the story line was good had a different feel to the story and it showed promise. Always a great line up of vocals. Would have liked to see more of the interpersonal relationships and get to know a few more of the interesting character.

Well done Christmas movie

I really enjoyed this fun Christmas movie that premiered yesterday on BET +. I thought that the script and the plot of the movie were done well. The characters were well developed and talented cast all shined in their roles. I really enjoyed the music and the original song. The actors were all on their game and drew me in to the movie. This is definitely a movie you can watch with the whole family. Even my teenage son was interested in the parts where the Princess of Christmas was getting a reputation as a Grinch online. I recommend this movie to get you in the Christmas spirit and to remember what the true meaning of Christmas is all about.
A New Heartwarming Christmas Classic

I LOVED this movie! Everything was top notch from the writing to the actors who delivered not just lines but beautiful music. Trenyce, Tyler Lepley, Tamika Scott, and Kelly Price together?! It was Christmas magic.
The original music is so good it's like getting a new Christmas album after hearing the same old stuff for the last twenty years. Thankfully, there is a soundtrack featuring the cast! I was thrilled to hear it because while everyone delivered incredible vocals, the lead, Trenyce, had a sweet tone which sealed the deal for me. What a beautiful voice! She sounds like a modern angel. She was incredibly charming and believable as a Christmas Princess. I wanted to be her best friend!
The costumes and set were another area this movie delivered in. Just gorgeous! Everyone was wearing clothes I wish were in my closet. I wanted the family home. Their church was a real family- people who love each other and won't mince words when it's needed.
I will be adding this to my Every Year Christmas Movie Rotation (and watching throughout the year as well). A true Christmas gift!
