- Oliver is shown training with his shirt off briefly in the intro. To cover for Felicity, Diggle calls her "one of Merlyn Jr.'s bimbos." Oliver goes to Laurel's apartment and they begin to kiss passionately. She helps him take his shirt off as they kiss and then wraps her legs around him as he picks her up and takes her into another room. Oliver then helps her take her shirt off. Her bra is visible. - The vigilante "copycat" (the Black Arrow) shoots several people. Blood is visible during the shootings and after, when Det. Lance investigates the crime scene. Fyers shoots Yao Fei in the center of the forehead. There is visible blood. Oliver (dressed as the hood) and Malcolm Merlyn get into a fight, kicking and punching each other. There is visible blood.
