Donna reconnects with her long lost mother while Cleveland becomes friends with a rat only having to kill it in the end as it becomes rabid. On the other hand Rallo and Cleveland Jr. become spies after Rallo watched some James Bond and he tried to figure out what was in Cleveland Jr's. briefcase only to find out that Cleveland Jr. really is a spy who kills people which adds another whole layer to the episode if the writers stick with the plot and it turned out to be true the family was involved in being spies. The rat part of the episode had it's funny moments but overall it added to the averageness of the episode.
