A solid end to the second series.
A very solid way to conclude the second series, it's a clever mystery, which sees a so called philanthropist shot, trouble is everyone has an alibi.
The mystery is one I enjoyed, but this episode was all about one thing, was Richard going to stay or go, they teased it for the last fifteen minutes or so. As someone who only picked the show up half way through Marshall's time, I was surprised to see this one end that way it did.
Richard has truly developed as a character as the series went on, I was surprised by how much is become attached to him, briefcase an all.
I had no idea it was Richard that named Harry the lizard, he'd stick around longer than any of the detectives.
Very good, 8/10.
