The kids' superpowers add some juice to their spats, so you'll see them use telekinesis to lift and drop each other or push someone with extra force. No injuries, though.
Mostly slapstick violence (pranks), played for laughs.
Occasional hand to hand combat and martial arts fight scenes which involve punches, kicks, elbows, beatdowns, flips and even hitting each other with objects. Characters are bruised and scratched with broken bones. There is no blood nor excessively graphic blows.

Some of the supervillains, especially Dark Mayhem, can creep some youngsters out. Although these villains have their funny moments, they can still be quite scary and creepy towards young kids, especially for Nickelodeon standards.
Some of the confrontations and fight scenes between our heroes and the villains/supervillains can be scary and startling to some younger viewers.
The haunted Halloween episodes are very frightening and can be scary to some younger viewers.
When link and phoebe break up may cause a few tears
Some children may be scared by Max wanting to be a supervillain.
