Various old-time comics from the Keystone era are at a hofbrauhaus in Nazi uniforms for this soundie version of the song.

The soundies were designed to be played on a video jukebox called a Mills Panoram. In the early 1940s, Mills and various competitors produced thousands of these three-minute shorts, precursors of music videos. Put a dime in the slot and you got the song with images at bars, bowling alleys, and similar venues.

This song was written for the Disney cartoon of the same name, and was immediately immensely popular, particularly the Spike Jones version. This one is pretty good too.
