Our friend Hardman is back again trying to screw the firm. He wants to punish Jessica for defeating him in the fight for the name on the wall. Michael coaches Rachel in how to deal with her father and what to do with writing her application to Harvard law school. Hardman plays some of his slimy tricks, looking for soft spots in the firm's structure. He is going to help the food company break down all the cases of discrimination into single suits with different judges, on and on. He's hoping to break the bank. Hardman wants revenge more than anything else. When it comes to the effort, Louis is made a scapegoat and he gets pretty wound up.

Is Daniel a brit?
Coz whenever he crosses people start fighting xD.
~ The scene where louis is shown the deposition documents is so powerful .
Howsoever his character is he doesn't expect to be played like that especially in a false manner .
The way his hands were shaking when he was drinking the drink Harvey offered ! Damn , the last episode was crap but bringing Daniel into the next was a great setup .
~ You know why Pearson Hardman is such a great combo for a firm , It's coz every member is different . For tough situations you've Harvey .
For the backing you've Jessica , For the most simple things to resolute you've mike and for the clever twisty things you've Louis .
Perfectly balanced .
They make a team together , somehow any one of them ends up handling the situation .
