- Oliver trains with his shirt off during the intro. A woman in a bikini pole dancing at a strip club. Seconds later, Helena approaches a man in the strip club wearing a scantily clad outfit. She asks a man if he wants a dance (suggesting something sexual) and he goes with her into a back room. She then interrogates him. Later on, Diggle shows Oliver a clip of the incident. McKenna Hall is wearing sort of a low-cut shirt. Helena wears a slightly low-cut dress. Some women at the opening of the Verdant are wearing low-cut clothing. Oliver and McKenna begin kissing passionately and then they fall onto her bed. She is wearing bathrobe that is open, revealing her bra and side. Her leg is also visible.

Helena puts Tommy in a hold, hurting his arm. Slade shoots several men with pistols. Roy Harper beats up a couple of kids on the street and ends up getting stabbed. There is some visible blood. Helena shoots several people with her crossbow. Helena shoots McKenna with a shotgun. McKenna is wearing a bulletproof vest. so is only partially injured. Some blood is visible.
