Warning: Spoilers
The season of the show has been quite overly dramatic but sometime about this episode while it had it's bad moments Britton was so good in her scenes as Rayna as her life seemed to be falling all around her. The performances on this show feel fake and unreal as I can barely hear the singing which is just bad sound design and playing to a recorded track the actors just do not pull it off. Britton has really made her mark on this character and continues to be the best thing about the show especially when everyone around her does not act natural enough and all her scenes are played so well. Hayden as Juliet is just turning into an awful performance and while she was screaming at Glenn I could not help but laugh at how unrealistic it felt for her to scream at the guy with all those people watching. Scarlett should no longer be on the show and every story she is involved in is boring and I have no interest in her singing which seems to be the only thing she can sort of do well. The character of Avery is not needed at all with all his complaining. Still I do not enjoy watching the show like I should but I continue to watch just for being a fan of Connie Britton and her past roles on TV.

EPISODE GRADE: B- (MVP: Connie Britton)
