- Oliver shoots a man with an arrow during the intro. During the "previously on Arrow" segment, clips from the episode "Year's End" are shown, including Merlyn kicking Oliver while he's down and a visual of Merlyn's arrows in a victim's chest. Oliver and Guillermo Barrera get into a hand-to-hand knife and arrow battle. It ends with Oliver sticking an arrow in Barrera's chest. Several servers are seen dead on the floor of a kitchen, with blood trickling out from under them. Several men at the awards ceremony are seen being stabbed by henchmen. Oliver fights several men hand-to-hand and shoots several men with arrows. Oliver fights a woman who is wearing a dress, throwing her through a pane of glass. Malcolm Merlyn is shot four times in the chest. There is some visible blood. Oliver performs a blood transfusion. There is visible blood traveling through some tubes.
