The start of an arc of 4 episodes which are all named after Alfred Hitchcock movies. The episode names are apt as the arc is beautifully Hitchcockian.

This first episode is the setup for the arc. A saboteur attacks the Jedi temple and Anakin and Ahsoka have to investigate.

It is thoughtful and starts to build the suspense as there is not clear who the villain behind things is.

This is a good start to an arc which by the end is hugely important and powerful.

My rating: 8.5/10.

Solid

A pretty solid opening episode to one of the best arcs of the season and probably the whole show. I wasn't a fan of that investigation episode with Padmé and Satine, but this one proves an investigative Star Wars story can be investing and even really well paced. It helps that the plan against the Jedi ended up being really well planned and written. Good stuff.

A really nice and thrilling episode, but what happened with Darth Maul?

Was expecting the continuation of the previous episode, strong episode nevertheless.

Well I really wanted to see what was gong to happen next after the previous episode. But, this episode is also a strong one with a fresh story. An investigation episode.

Ashoka and Anakin are tasked to investigate a bombing at the Jedi temple. They get some leads and continue their trail.

Certainly not as good as the previous one but an awesome episode yet. Really liked the novel concept of the bombing and tension within the council and republic. Some awesome animation as always. Weak voice acting.

Direction: Good.

Screenplay/Story: Excellent and gripping.

Music: Good.

The Russo Droid, really folks?

Good story premise, but I didn't tune in to watch a CSI episode. Here's hoping similar lazy writing techniques are absent from the new season.
