It takes several hours of sustained heat over 1100 degrees C to reduce a body to ash. This is not possible with the wicking effect that causes "spontaneous combustion". It is also not possible for temperatures that high to leave the surrounding area unaffected.
A doctor should realize that shredding the prescriptions provided to the patient is a useless coverup because the pharmacy filling the prescriptions would also have the records.
