New Girl Cabin

Warning: Spoilers
Jess is going on a romantic cabin trip with Sam and asks Nick with Angie to come with her and her lover. Saying no for a while when free is the word he says OK. Schmidt sees Winston in the bar talking to some black friends and as usual Schmidt overacts thinking Winston never gets the chance to act like a black man. The two couples arrive at the cabin on motorbike and in car, while back home Schmidt try's to mack Winston's life more blacker. Jess and Sam play boring games while Angie and Nick are very loud together. Everyone goes outside to fire guns and when Jess tries to shot the gun she knocks off the electricity going to the cabin. Winston decides to have some fun with Schmidt and demand crack like he had when he was a child. Schmidt agrees to this giving Winston some more fun. After drinking some absence Jess and Sam get very drunk while Angie and Nick enjoy watching. Jess wonders off and when Nick goes to get her they walk back into the living room where Angie and Sam are kissing. This makes Nick tell Jess about her relationship is an act with Sam, when the two fight some more Nick drinks some more. Schmidt and Nick go to the projects to buy the crack and when they get a guy into the car a big misunderstanding is made and Winston apologizes and everyone shares a laugh. Back to the cabin where Jess is mad at Angie and Nick acts very off because of being drunk. Nick tells Angie he wanted a real relationship which surprises her. The next morning Nick wakes up finding a note from Angie saying she left the cabin and him. Nick seems fine about being broken up with but drinks some more absence. Great episode with both story lines with Jake Johnson continuing creating Nick into my favourite character on the show. Olivia Munn was great in her few episodes but her character added a lot and this whole cabin part was some of the best work they show has ever done.

EPISODE GRADE: A- (MVP: Jake Johnson)
