We are firmly in the Peak TV era, where, at last count, there were more than 400 (!!) scripted shows on TV; where even networks like TruTV are racing to have scripted programming despite how antithetical said programming is to their brand; and where anyone who had just one sorta-hit song in the '90s can get a reality series if they really try hard enough. Most of the shows out there are, frankly, mediocre and wading through the glut to find the gems is no easy feat for the overwhelmed average viewer. (Those Who Can't, anyone? How about Impastor? Or what about Dead...

The new workplace comedy series, Those Who Can't, premieres February 11, 2016 at 10:30 Et/Pt, on truTV. A 30-minute sitcom, this show is truTV's first full-length scripted comedy.
Here's how truTV describes it: "The half-hour show follows three trouble-making teachers, played by show creators Adam Cayton-Holland, Andrew Orvedahl and Ben Roy of the Denver-based comedy troupe The Grawlix. More inept than the kids they teach, they're out to beat the system as they struggle to survive each day on their own terms. Joining them is Maria Thayer (Eagleheart) as the school librarian with an insuppressible passion for life."

Neil Patrick Harris, dressed in a wig, lingerie and red heels, took the stage at Harvard University on Friday to accept the 2014 Man of the Year Award from America's oldest undergraduate drama troupe. The How I Met Your Mother star cast a few spells, saved someone's life and sang a jingle from Rent before being awarded the Hasty Pudding Theatricals' annual Pudding Pot. "I felt remarkably good in heels," Harris - who is set to headline the drag-themed Broadway debut of Hedwig and the Angry Inch - said after the ceremony, adding that he had spent seven hours stomping around...

Though last month she claimed the original video "ruined [her] life," Farrah Abraham has completed a second sex tape called, "Farrah 2: Backdoor and More."
Reuniting with her partner from the first time around, James Deen, the new video will feature the "Teen Mom" star using fantasy fetish swings and getting frisky with the popular porn actor.
Just in time for Valentine's Day, the new xxx flick will come out on February 13th. Those who can't wait that long have something to hold them over, however.
On Thursdays on VH1, catch Farrah flying solo on "Couples Therapy," where she's working on being stronger and more confident.

Five new shows are coming to Amazon.
Comedy "Alpha House," "Betas" and three children's series -- Annebots," "Creative Galaxy" and "Tumbleaf" -- will all become full series on Amazon's Prime Instant Video later this year and in early 2014.
The Amazon shows were posted with several other comedy pilots for public viewing and Amazon said it would decide which pilots would become the company's first foray into original programming based on viewer feedback and streams.
"We are thrilled at the enthusiastic customer response to our first original pilots," Roy Price, director of Amazon Studios, said in a statement. "We built Amazon Studios so that customers could help decide which stories would make the very best movies and TV shows. It’s exciting to see the process in motion, doing exactly what we set out to do. The success of this first set of pilots has given us the push to try...
