I initially had mixed reactions to this show. Although the idea is definitely something new that has never been done before I was questioning whether it could improve on it's initial weakness. In the pilot episode, the jokes felt lame and the laugh track (or kids in the audience being told when to laugh) seemed lacklustre and not genuine. Thankfully it seems to be improving. The jokes are getting funnier and Bradley Steven Perry and Jake Short's comedic timing is rather solid. Overall they do a pretty good job.
Probably the only thing that really doesn't work are their "friends" Gus and Jordan. They feel out of place and unnecessary. Gus especially is one of the most annoying characters I have ever seen. It's painful to watch. All in all though, Mighty Med is a pretty good Disney show.

When I first used to watch this show I thought it was mediocre at best. But that really was just season 1.
((If you want a scoop of the good and quick stuff with all understanding of the show to leave a review, my recommendation is to watch S1 EP1 and EP2 and then, skip to Season 2. You can watch the rest of S1 if you finish the show, you can do so on Disney+))
SEASON 2 REDEMPTION ARC Watching season 2 was amazing.
Season 2 episodes have rich storylines with an amazing buildup, suspenseful climb to the climax and satisfactory resolution. This is unlike other Disney science fiction shows, like Lab Rats, which often have unsatisfactory resolution to the problem (climax) that mostly last one episode (~24min)
Season 2 Mighty Med can stretch a richly scripted storyline to up to 6, 7 episodes that keep you on the edge of your seat with a touch of horrible to mediocre comedy (like every other Disney live action show) to maintain a little bit of lightheartedness to the series.
After you finish the show, I recommend you carry on with Lab Rats: Elite Force (I'm so disappointed it got canceled)
The writers really outdid themselves with this one.
Overall this show is scrumptiously well written.
Just beautiful.

MIGHTY MED is my two kids' favorite new show! My wife and I will watch it with them sometimes (we all like super hero movies). The show is very well done. The cast is full of exciting young talent and there are jokes for young and old! The zany head of the hospital is hilarious! Plus the action and special effects look great! The kid from Ant Farm has really grown and has great timing. And the kid from GLC is perfect playing off of him. My son loves the idiot clerks who work at the comic book store. My daughter loves the female super hero who lost her powers. Please bring it back, Disney! We love it! Our DVR is set for every single episode! Go Mighty Med!
When i see Mighty Med i feel like i want to throw a brick to my head. When i first saw the first episode, i thought the show was going to be OK. But, I WAS WRONG. As i saw more & More episodes, the more, the more i hated it. I feel like this show just needs some better actors & better Script writers. Some of the cast members such as the guy who plays Gus don't even know how to act. They don't seem to try at acting. Plus, some of the jokes are just plain stupid. I never thought a guy who says," I loves bridges!" would be so funny. I was honestly a good fan of Bradley Steven Perry on Good Luck Charlie & Jake Short on A.N.T Farm, but they just are horrible on Mighty Med. The show is only good for kids from 6-9 but i bet even some of those kids don't like it! The only thing i like about the show is the two twins Jason Sklar & Randy Sklar. (otherwise, Clyde & Wallace). They actually do try in this series. So i will recommend you to watch something else on Disney XD.

It's a boring and clichéd, they have all of the Disney XD stereotypes and its noticeable after the first episode- Kaz: the idiot, and the guy with the huge ego Oliver: the smart guy that nobody listens to Horace diaz: another idiot, and the terrible parent Jordan: the one who hates everybody Gus: the over the top weird kid Skylar Storm: the girl with problems fitting in Alan:the annoying one wallace and clyde: the idiot losers Bridget: the overprotective mom Agent Blaylock: the fat one
Also, all the superheros are either always used as pawns for a pun or joke, and rarely do they even matter, the doctors are the same, like their names are used as puns for their job or their appearance, or for an uneeded joke. Like one time there is a guy called Dr. Jack o' lantern who has a pumpkin for a head, and its not like he ties into the story, hell, he's only in the show for 15 seconds. And the villains are all over the top and lame, and some bet were named and designed by a 6 year old goth and a 5 year old comedian. the plot is usually normal Disney xd problems or that some superhero that only comes in for 5 minutes is sick. and its main stars (kaz and oliver) are one of the most overused Disney actors: Jake short and Bradley steven perry.

This is a kids show and doesnt pretend to parade as if its not but the show represents some things important in kids shows. It is entertaining and fun while at the same time not skimping on narrative design and story structure but it also fairly digestible. Each episode has clearly defined ideas and messages. The characters have purpose and reason of being and ard ritten as if they are people and not talking sock puppets that just recite lines an issue I've had with most kids shows that appeared in my formative years. The shos has an air of intelegence to it which is something i found out while exploring the odd world of kids television and its implications on the fofmation of the adult mind. If you watch the show without the bias of 'its a kids show' you start to see little lessons in it and start to understand the parable like nature of the stories hidddn in the goofiness. This is true of most kids shows but not at the level that mighty med is at. Of course its not perfect the dialogue and jokes dont always land and alot of the show is just goofy nonsense which is indicitive of the chanel it shows on (Watch Crash and Bernstein) but thats the packeging and sometimes messy packaging gets you canceled
Even through its flaws though it still presents something interesting and has amazing tales strewn about it and its stupidy sometimes makes it look beautiful. Its one of my favourite shows and its always interesting to pit things against it and measure how intelegent the show really is. I don't know maybe i am trov for enjoying a kids show as much as I do but, to me atleast, the show is very intersting and fun and deserves a chance
I have watched this show after knowing that Bradley Steven Perry will be on it, and I was very exited. He starred in Good Luck Charlie, a very humorous show from start to finish. This show however, is average at best.
Let's review why I rated it 5/10.
1. It only has 2 seasons. For a Disney show, that's pathetic. I know Gravity Falls follows the same formula, but it at least had the proper lifespan of an actual Disney show, plus it was animated so to be fair it's no surprise it only has two seasons. Minus 1 point.
2. As I previously mentioned I love Good Luck Charlie. Bradley Steven Perry starred in it, so I don't see what's wrong with him starring in this? Almost everything, his character acts like a moron and tries to be funny. I may have laughed at it when I was fourteen. But guess what, I was fourteen, as I aged my sense of humor changes and has matured. Just to add insult to injury, Good Luck Charlies is off Netflix (at east for me), but no this show is still on here, should I watch that? Or a show that's actually good? Minus 3 1/2 points.
3. For the most part, it tries to be funny, but it isn't. Again when I was younger I found this very humorous, but now I think about it, it's just a mediocre show with mediocre sketches. Some episodes it can be decent, and have really good effects added to the mixture. But some lines can get extremely dry quick (i.e. I love bridges). Minus 1/2 a point.
Overall, I would watch an episode occasionally. But I spent to much time watching this, when I could just be watching a show that's actually good.

Mighty Med is a show for people who like superheroes although, the superhero's in Mighty Med were created for the show, I have to give props by coming up with those names. But most importantly it is a great show for everyone to see. The humor is great. And the action could use a little more work. But I can still let that one slide.

Mighty Med is a hilarious show with an innovative premise 9/10 jokes land it has a very strong supporting cast and some surprising celebrity cameos. Unfortunately due to money hungry execs the show never got the 3rd season it deserved and was instead incorporated into a sequel show Lab rats: Elite force that ruined the legacy and characters from both Lab Rats and especially Mighty Med this unfortunately leaves the series on a cliffhanger. But even with it's unfortunate end it still holds up as a truly great show that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
