attack after attack but low on gore or even horror
trashgang22 November 2016
I came across this German flick by visiting a horror convention were the production was promoting this flick by giving away sigh, promo stuff. It became clear that this was an almost no budget flick and it shows somehow.

It's not the first German flick I do see were they are trying to speak English. No probs with that but you still can hear the German accent. But not only that, the story is rather weak and the acting isn't Oscar worthy.

The effects used if there are any are not up to date. On some they did spend a bit of money for example smashing a head with a foot. Here and there the red stuff do splatter but overall it's stabbing with a crowbar or shooting one in the head.

The thing everyone was waiting for is the Hitler zombie but all zombies are doing the same. Fun, yes, I only laughed when Adolf Hitler appears and all Nazi zombies are doing the Hitler salute.

Guess if you see this p*ssed and proud you will like it but too much of the same...

Fun movie...glad I watched it...
AndyVanScoyoc13 May 2017
Warning: Spoilers
I've been wanting to see the film, "Dead Snow," forever, but I'm too cheap to pay to rent, etc...because I'm usually almost always, disappointed in horror.

Since I haven't been able to see, "Dead Snow," I've been obsessed with Nazi zombie movies and watch every one that I think might not be a total abomination.

Pickings have been slim, but I've seen a couple...they sucked, so I kept bypassing this one. Once again, as happens with me, with no other option, I decided to watch it and glad I did.

It's not great, but I'll tell you this much... Markus makes the entire movie. Hands down.

If you watch this movie for no other reason, watch it because of him. His dialogue, jokes and smart aleck mocking attitude are downright hilarious.

Some parts of the film are stupid...such as why Markus can kick Nazi zombie butt all day, but the American troops get wiped out like whipped cream on a sundae.

Still don't understand the significance of the alien and why he wasn't interested in killing Markus, but regardless...Markus makes the film worth watching.

Have a look...and enjoy Markus.

Not that bad
thedarkestshadow-327858 September 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Wry cheesy but funny. Some of the acting isn't great. The actors playing soldiers should have had some tactical training to be more realistic. The American soldiers with German accents are hilarious. Some of the zombie makeup is decent and only hers are obvious rubber masks. I gave it an extra star because the beginning right before "14 hours earlier" gave me a good laugh. One of the worst things is the helmet light washes things out making them hard to see. Give it a shot and you might have fun. It lost a star because they kill the two main characters off.

amateur movie, not worth a penny
thomasbayer29 September 2015
saw it on the premier screening at a festival a few days ago. but what can I say... no suspense, incredibly bad actors (bad English too), boring story, lame 3D. typical trash coming from Germany. after 10 minutes it just gets plain boring and repetitive.

2 points for the nice locations and a few splatter moments. but calling this a film is actually pretty weird. if you are fan of amateur trash in 3D you might want to give it a try, but don't waste more than a dollar or two for it. but there are much better ego-shooter films or even fun splatter films out there.

too bad... the director seemed pretty sympathetic on the q&a. :(

The producers of this video should all be sent to bed early without supper
the_last_dodo26 May 2016
The producers of this video - cause that's not a movie - should be sent to bed early and without supper.

... assuming they are 13 year olds.

I refuse to believe adult persons were involved in the making of this. Cause if so, that would be the only horrifying factor of that video.

I'm done now with my review.

IMDb is forcing me to write a couple more lines. By the time i have reached the line quota i will have put more work and effort in this review than everybody in this film, crew and participants alike - i refuse to call them actors like i will not call this video a film - have invested to make the video.

Can i click the submit button now? How about now? Oh come on are you f...ing kidding me?!

Where Were Bigfoot and Elvis?
dcarsonhagy26 May 2016
Warning: Spoilers
First three minutes into this mess and I already had my hand on the FF button. "Bunker" is a big old zombie turd from Germany. It seems two friends are trying to discover this "lost" bunker and everything else after that becomes a potluck of garbage. The main character spends just about the entire movie going up, then back down, the same set of stairs.

Shot in the form of a video game first-person shooter, this is just about as bad as it could get. From the one guy's martial artist expertise (nudge/nudge, wink/wink), to makeup that ends at the person's jawline, this one almost defies description. Could not stand either one of the guys; in fact, I would have liked to have slapped them both until my arms got tired, but I digress. It was a hoot to find out this was originally shot in 3D--couldn't tell you when those effects would have come into play. The one kicker in here is not only are there zombies in the bunker, but there is also an omnipotent alien, and Hitler himself! If they could have just included Bigfoot and Elvis, all would have been forgiven...

Rated "R" for ridiculous, the movie has some graphic violence, but not what you'd expect from a zombie movie. Skip it.

Cloaking device activated!
nogodnomasters5 December 2017
Warning: Spoilers
If you haven't figured it out this is a found footage Nazi zombie film. Using a diary they got on E-Bay, Markus (Patrick Jahns) and Thomas (Aciel Martinez Pol) set out to find hidden Nazi gold at a secret facility. Markus encounters Nazi zombies and the US military. The filming is done in annoying "first person" for realism like "Hardcore Henry." The camera jerks around and we get a cheap inferior product whose viewing quality is not worth watching. On the plus side, the zombies show up just 20 minutes into the film.

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

Dizzy (Zombies)
kosmasp10 February 2021
Found footage are not easy to kill. They are indeed a bit like zombies one may say. So why not combine them then? Depending on your thresshold and your ability to keep it together when you see a movie that runs almost 80 minutes and all of it being found footage ... not an easy task. Although it's not always "shaky cam" throughout to be fair.

Also consider this being a low budget german horror movie. There are things you have to take into account - or rather into your rating if you can dig them. So as someone else already stated, this is far from a masterpiece, but there have been worse movies too. Special effects are ok - that's at least something. Especially again considering the budget this was made on. Not everyones cup of tea - but those who like it, will enjoy it more than I gave it credit for

Really not bad as people as making it sound to be
debabrata474711 June 2016
I expected something really bad, but it was surprisingly good, yes its cheesy, but for people who are into gaming too its quite enjoyable, the entire movie follows a FPS pattern, even the story unfolds like a game. There's the dumb NPC s , the cannon fodder, the big bad villain in the end, and some surprises in between for the conspiracy nuts... it even pays homage to some games, like at one point the protagonist picks up a crowbar and says hes gonna go freeman on the zombies ass... and at many points it reminded me of Castle Wolfenstein... All in all it was a good time pass movie provided you are looking for pure mindless violence and fun.

POV NAZI ZOMBIES!!!
camarossdriver8 April 2020
OK...this film isn't a MASTERPIECE...but it really isn't THAT BAD either. It's funny at times, and I've seen much MUCH worse acting in other "B grade" zombie movies. Don't get me wrong, the acting isn't GREAT but going into this you KNOW you're not going to get Oscar winning performances. If you're a gamer,or even are a fan of "Hardcore Henry" you MAY enjoy this little zombie romp. On the PLUS side,it has a fairly short runtime because ANY more would have been TOO MUCH. Overall...I liked it.

Well, I liked it.
RandomFlux30 August 2017
Warning: Spoilers
I knew nothing about this title when I sat down to watch it and I think that made a difference.

I found this movie fun and funny but I'm glad I didn't see it in 3D. There's no way I could have avoided being sick. It was uncomfortable enough watching in 2D.

The nausea aside, the movie was a good B-grade zombie flick. And not just zombies, nazi zombies. What's not to love? You know those freaking Nazis, always messing with some 'super soldier' formula and making mutants.

And then there's the alien. The alien looks like a guy who got lost on his way to a costume party. XD It's perfect. Some of the zombies look really good. Excellent makeup. I love the "American" soldiers with the German accents. Or were we not supposed to notice that? XD

Most of the acting is kind of wooden but it works because the entire movie is like the play-through of a video game and the acting is about on par with that.

In the end you literally get to partake in beating up the final boss : Zombie Hitler. (Because you KNEW he was in there somewhere) Also included: Some excellent movie reference puns. (Downfall, Predator etc)

I really enjoyed it. Good ending. Thumbs up.
