- A man ties the main character to a log in the woods and holds a cordless drill to her, apparently about to torture or kill her. The man is shot by another character before he does.
- Towards the end of the episode, the main character is revealed to have been party to the killing of a child, a crime she now has no memory of, and everything she suffers throughout the first part of the episode is her punishment. The episode heavily deals with the themes of the rights and wrongs of criminal punishment and the use of psychological torture.
- The main character is dragged through a street in a clear trailer car, where people heckle her and throw tomatoes or balloons with red liquid at the trailer. She is them brought into a room where she is tortured with some kind of "electrical" or pulsing mechanism. She screams in agony. It is implied this results in amnesia, where she will wake up the next day and relive the whole ordeal in front of an audience.
