Doing what he's trained to do
bkoganbing3 November 2016
Will Estes takes center stage in this Blue Bloods episode as he and his partner answer a call about a man with a gun in Washington Square Park. Sure enough there is one and when he pulls it out, won't drop it and makes ready to fire Estes puts three in him and he's done. Doing in fact what he's trained to do.

But that's far from the end of it. The usual trauma with any shooting checks in. Estes sees Annabella Sciorra the department psychologist.

For Donnie Wahlberg the shooting investigation ain't moving fast enough. If Wahlberg and Estes were not the commissioner's sons they would have been in one hell of a jackpot. But they do get to the truth of what happened.

The Reagans do stick together.

Warning: Spoilers
This was still another excellent episode of this hit-series. The tables are really turned on Danny Regan, when a routine traffic stop results in his arrest for carrying cocaine in the car. Obviously, who planted it there? Who came into his house and took a weapon?

Danny really gets to see the opposite side of the criminal justice system after his arrest. Also, his father, the commissioner, must play by the rules.

Naturally, the cohesiveness of the family is shown when they all get together to try and figure who is setting their brother up.

The ending is a shocker, but nothing should really surprise one anymore.
