- Elizabeth and her boyfriend start making out on her bed with the webcam on, which she switches off; when it comes back on seemingly by itself her boyfriend is seen giving her oral sex, however no nudity is visible.
Violence & Gore
- A man has a sack pulled over his head, suffocating him. Another man is dragged offscreen and it's implied that he's killed. A pregnant woman is threatened but saved just in time.
- In the last minutes of The Den, Elizabeth is recaptured. She is bound, gagged and bloodied while hung on a noose. The killers decide to cut her loose and execute her with a gun as she begs for mercy. All of this is live streamed to the woman the killers contact the same way Elizabeth was fooled in the beginning of the film.
- A group of people are seen playing Russian roulette on webcam; one pulls the trigger causing blood to splatter on the wall behind her, however it is seen to be fake shortly after.
- Elizabeth finds her friend dead in a bathtub full of blood, her wrists slit; she briefly struggles for air before dying.
- Elizabeth is tackled by a killer; she stabs him multiple times, causing blood to fly on her.
- At the end of the film as Elizabeth tries to get away she hijacks a car and crashes it; We see the airbag blowing up and Elizabeth being thrown out of the car.
