Leslie Knope goes on a radio show as a guest praising the show from the week before. She is there to get help on the park and the host has to explain everything for the audience. Leslie gets a few ideas for the park and the best one is from someone from Eagleton. She does not like people from that part of town but agrees to meet with him so she can turn him down. Tommy brings the rest of the department to his new building for "Rent a Swag". Leslie goes to Eagleton and is less positive then Ben about this new park designer. Andy doing weekend security calls in April to hang out with him. The two then start a mystery. Leslie asks Rusten why he wants to do the park in Pawnee and he said it is because she was passionate about the park. Leslie still does not trust Rusten and continues to look for his bad plan. Tom is having the gang work and he hopes this new business does not fail. Leslie still continues to be cruel to Rusten. April and Andy try to have fun with her being a German girl related to Hitler while he is the cop. Chris is happy to be learning from Ron how to be more handy. Leslie has to apologizes to Rusten but she still finds it hard to say sorry to someone from Eagleton. Tom's place after being done does look depressing. He gives them a small piazza and they do not seem impressed. Andy and April have to help a small child after scaring him. When people from Eagleton get to show Leslie the park design she gets really mad threatening to hurt them. When Ben goes to talk to Rusten Leslie starts her revenge plan. Ben meets with Rusten and learns that he fired the workers who pulled the prank. Leslie takes her revenge but is told the truth. Anne has to take Tom out to calm him down because he is worried of his business failing. Rusten still shows them the idea and Leslie seems happy with it. Great and funny episode because Leslie when in Eagleton is some of the funnies stuff the show ever does.
