Worth a watch

I give this such a high rating for the lead actor Michael C. Freeland and the lead actress Rebekah Nelson. Both are excellent to watch, and their chemistry is undeniable. The movie starts off a little slow, but really picks up when Amy (Nelson) enters. The relationship between her and Hidell (Freeland) is what makes this movie worth watching. It is real, genuine, and well written. The rest of the actors in the movie could stand to take a lesson or two to keep up better with these two, but it is an indie film, so it can be expected. The cinematography is okay. A few scenes it is a bit too shaky. Sound quality and music though are great. All in all, the movie is good and worth a viewing. Ending is something I didn't totally expect.

Stilted and cliche. BTW, the other review, done with an account that was created day of review and has no other activity is fake

I have plenty of tolerance for shortcomings in independent/low budget films. But there is no excuse of awful, cringe-worthy dialogue, and a plot that is unintentionally absurd. A good deal of start of "American Bomber" centers around the military characters and it is clear no involved in the film has any military background or bothered to consult with anyone who does. The entire plot also has a bigoted undertone when it comes to the military.

There is also no reason even proffered as to why the female lead character would have the slighted attraction to the male character. Finally, the "surprise ending" (the target) was forced and artificial.
