- A sexual scene between two women. Two women kiss passionately then are naked in bed, breasts showing and they have sex. They are later seen lying on a bed with their breasts visible. Nipples are covered by a blanket.
- A female character is shown 5 times throughout the movie naked in bathtub with nipples visible. A man wakes up in bed with 2 ladies and their breasts & nipples are clearly visible.
- A male naked in bed, gets up and pulls a sheet over his genitals and walks around for an extended period.

- A number of the "kills" are shown in slow motion. Gunshots are often accompanied by spraying blood. Several explode towards the camera. One corpse is shown with its eye blown out, several with gunshot wounds.
- Several instances of people being stabbed in the face with various objects. Many fight scenes utilize "found objects" being used as weapons - includes a high heel shoe, vodka bottle, corkscrew, keys, guns (used as melee weapons)
- A man gets shot and bleeds profusely through his shirt.
- Character is choked with a garrote, very visible and intense, lasts for a :30-:60 seconds.
- Character stabbed in back and can't reach knife to pull it out, he tries in vain for a while.
