Warning: Spoilers
The New Directions are now going to Regionals because of the drug scandal with the Warblers. Tina has an idea for money to be raised by the guys making a calender where they all show their bodies. Marley is a guest on the return of Fondu for two and talks about her relationship with Jake. Brittany and Sam find out some test results as she got the highest in the school with him getting the lowest. Rachel has auditioned for a student film and is asked to do a topless scene, freaking out at this she speaks to a more innocent version of herself then dueting "Torn" with herself ultimately saying yes. Sam has really embraced this character with everyone worrying about him. All the guys getting trained by Sam sing "Centerfold/ Hot in Herre" together as they train. In New York Brody is naked in the apartment as he supports Rachel's decision. Marley and Jake smitten with each other in the auditorium sing "A Thousand Years – Part 2" together. Artie does not want to do the calender telling Finn this because of his insecurity. Ryder and Jake speak and Jake is told to tell Marley he loves her first with him singing a more slow "Let Me Love You (Until You Learn to Love Yourself)" to her. He doesn't say the words love only letting the song speak for itself. Quinn and Santana come to New York for an intervention as they do not want Rachel to do the topless scene. At the calender photo shoot Sam overreacts because all his problems role around because he feels stupid only letting his body be great. The school calender is allowed as Finn has something to use against Sue. Rachel films her scene but after many attempts of doing it she just cannot do then sing "Love Song" with Quinn and Santana. Blaine seems to be helping Sam through his problems showing him a video made of all his friends with such good words of inspiration to him. The episode ends with a video style performance of "This Is the New Year". This was a fine episode with the three person duet with Quinn, Santana and Rachel being the best moment.
